HOW DO I PUT IN MY ÉVE CUP?

Before first use, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or in a special sterilizing solution. Always insert it with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and to make insertion easier, wet it with water or use water-based lubricant and follow the steps below. Compress the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, insert it obliquely towards the bottom, leaving it nestled in the vaginal cavity.

HOW DO I GET MY ÈVE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract the vaginal muscles to surround the cup at the entrance to the vagina. With the help of a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well detached from the vaginal wall. Compress the lower part, releasing the pressure until it is removed and pour its contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with hot water and pH neutral soap, store it in the bag included.

HOW DO I USE MY ÈVE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours at most. The Eve cup sleeve can be trimmed to fit your length. It allows for extended use of up to 12 hours without emptying.
